NYMIS (“NYMIS”, “we”, “us”) provides blockchain privacy and wallet-analysis tools. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use NYMIS.
Information we process
When you use NYMIS, we may process:
- blockchain addresses you submit for analysis;
- publicly available blockchain transaction and smart-contract data;
- publicly available labels, names, ENS records, social-profile references, and other public attribution data associated with blockchain addresses;
- analysis results generated by NYMIS, including privacy scores, relationship indicators, classifications, and inferred connections;
- limited technical information necessary to operate and secure the service.
NYMIS does not require you to prove ownership of a wallet address before analyzing it.
Sources of information
Information may come from public blockchains, blockchain explorers, public APIs, public websites, protocol data, and third-party data providers.
Third-party information may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or incorrectly attributed. NYMIS attempts to distinguish observed facts from inferred relationships, but analysis results should not be treated as definitive identification.
How we use information
We use information to:
- perform wallet and privacy analysis;
- identify blockchain relationships and exposure patterns;
- generate privacy scores and reports;
- improve detection accuracy and service reliability;
- prevent abuse and investigate technical problems;
- measure aggregate product usage.
Automated analysis and inference
NYMIS uses automated rules, data processing, and, in some cases, machine-learning or language-model systems to interpret blockchain activity.
Results may include inferred relationships between addresses, funding origins, identity exposure, protocol usage, exchange interactions, Safe relationships, and other privacy-relevant signals.
These findings are analytical estimates. They are not proof that two addresses have the same owner, that a person controls an address, that an identity attribution is correct, or that a user has completed KYC with any particular service.
Third-party providers
We may use third-party infrastructure, blockchain-data, analytics, and AI providers to operate or improve NYMIS. Depending on the feature used, submitted wallet addresses or related public blockchain identifiers may be sent to those providers.
Third-party information and services are subject to the providers’ own terms and privacy practices.
Data retention
NYMIS is designed to minimize retention of scan data.
Reports, scan results, and data obtained or generated from individual wallet scans are not stored as permanent user records. Scan data may exist temporarily in memory, caches, or short-lived technical storage where necessary to complete analysis, improve performance, prevent repeated provider requests, or operate the service reliably.
NYMIS may retain limited technical and aggregate information necessary for service reliability, performance monitoring, abuse prevention, debugging, and aggregate product statistics.
Public blockchain data remains publicly available independently of NYMIS on the underlying blockchain and through third-party data providers.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect non-public information processed by the service. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights relating to personal information processed by NYMIS, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or information about processing.
These rights do not allow NYMIS to alter or delete information recorded on public blockchains or held by third-party services that NYMIS does not control.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as NYMIS evolves. The latest version will be published on the service with an updated revision date.
