NYMIS provides informational tools for analyzing publicly observable blockchain activity and potential privacy exposure.

NYMIS may generate privacy scores, relationship maps, classifications, identity indicators, funding information, protocol interactions, and other analytical findings.

2. Analytical nature of results

NYMIS findings are based on public data, third-party data, automated analysis, and inference.

Results may be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, or subject to interpretation.

A NYMIS result does not establish:

• the legal or real-world identity of a wallet owner;
• ownership or control of an address;
• that two addresses are controlled by the same person;
• criminal, unlawful, or improper activity;
• KYC status with an exchange or other service;
• legal liability or responsibility.

Privacy scores are comparative analytical indicators, not guarantees of anonymity, security, or privacy.

3. Informational purposes only

NYMIS is provided for informational and research purposes.

It is not legal, financial, investment, compliance, investigative, or identity-verification advice.

You are responsible for evaluating NYMIS results and any decisions made using them.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use NYMIS to:

• violate applicable law;
• unlawfully harass, threaten, discriminate against, or target individuals;
• obtain unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
• interfere with the operation or security of the service;
• submit malicious software or abusive automated traffic;
• falsely present NYMIS analysis as definitive proof of identity, ownership, misconduct, KYC status, or legal responsibility.

5. Public blockchain information

Blockchain addresses and transactions analyzed by NYMIS generally originate from public blockchain networks.

NYMIS does not control these networks and cannot modify or remove underlying blockchain records.

6. Third-party data and services

NYMIS may rely on third-party APIs, blockchain explorers, labels, analytics providers, infrastructure providers, AI systems, and other information sources.

We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, completeness, or continued operation of third-party services or information.

7. Availability and changes

NYMIS may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features at any time.

Analysis methodologies, scoring rules, classifications, data sources, and third-party providers may also change as the service evolves.

8. Intellectual property

NYMIS software, branding, interface, scoring methodology, reports, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Public blockchain data and third-party information remain subject to their respective rights and licenses.

9. No warranties

NYMIS is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties regarding accuracy, availability, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or absence of errors.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NYMIS and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of or reliance on the service.

You use NYMIS and rely on its results at your own discretion and risk.
